Our Response
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
We aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days of acknowledgment.
If we need more time, we will explain why and provide an estimated response date.
Once our final response has been issued, we may consider the complaint closed.
If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may be able to refer the matter to our independent property redress scheme, subject to its rules.
